Article 5. Street Lighting Agreement
11.5.1. Agreement authorized.
The City of Bel Aire, Kansas, is hereby authorized to and does contract with Westar Energy, a corporation, its successors and assigns, for the furnishing by said Company of electric service and equipment to light the streets, alleys, and public places of the City.
